Celebrating Teachers,

Supporting School Leaders

If someone said they

wanted to be a teacher,

what would you say?

Hey Hands Up is dedicated to celebrating teachers and supporting school leaders in the rewarding, inspiring and life-changing world of education.

Over the last few years, working in education has received some negativity. Media coverage of long hours, increased behaviour issues, stress and lack of support have contributed to a negative view of the teaching profession and working in the education sector.

Hey Hands Up is here to reclaim the joy of being an educator and celebrating the amazing job of working as a teacher or school leader. Receive educator-specific uplifting mindset, motivation and personal development delivered straight to your inbox.

Here’s my story

My name is Anne-Marie. I’m a full-time school principal with over 25 years of experience working in education.

I believe working in education is an amazing gift and feel compelled to advocate for our profession.

The reflections, self-paced courses, masterminds and online coaching offered through Hey Hands Up aims to provide a realistic, optimistic and compassionate approach to professional and personal development specifically for teachers and school leaders.
